Painful~

my whole body started to ache after i came back from the run...
at first only my thigh, and slowly, whole body pain...*ache*
if sit for a long time then stand up and walk,
that kind of feeling is really *high*...LOL...
oh ya, even when i sneeze, my waist there feel painful too...
must exercise more often already~
try to and hope that i can do it =)
keep fit =p

by the way, didn't regret that went to that run =]

this morning was Psdc charity run...
i took part too~
it's around 6.5km long...
and of course i walk for most of the time...
however is it, i tried my best to run already...
the longest distance that i have tried to run for now...
run and walk, run and walk, and finally walk...
my thigh feel pain right now... *=.=*
i like the T-shirt design and the quality of the shirt, quite soft =)
something happy happened too =]

yesterday afternoon we went to visit grandparents; they came back for only 2 days...
when we reached, i saw my grandpa is smiling =p
yeah, he's quite cool for most of the time but he smiled...
i guess he's happy to see us =)
i understand that sometimes we need accompaniment too...
at night went to Tambun for dinner with grandparents and my mum's twin sister and family...
after that we visited 'tua kim" for a while...
err...is it 大舅母? i don't no how to differentiate it in chinese... -.-

...sometimes, things just couldn't be explain...
yet, we know that what we are doing...
we already know to think maturely i guess =)
however is it, i felt happy today... =p

ordinary day

time flies without waiting for us...
today we just finished the last test for this semester...
final is coming very very soon...
but still we got an assignment and 3 presentations to go =(
really feel stressful when everything got to be done within the limited time...
*sigh* kinda tired with all these things...
recently i always feel like screaming~i wanna release, or else i'm gonna be mad... =[
arghhhh !!!

today went to church for Myf meeting...
after meeting went to Apollo to eat~
i ate the fishballs and "muar chee" that used to sell outside my secondary school...
hehe...i remember that last time after saturday's BB activities then we will buy the food outside the school...
and i missed the 珍珠奶茶 that the uncle sells~
yeah, i like the food there =p

yesterday,i went to queensbay with my mum...
now is the season of Mega Sales...
shop and shop~ =D
and i bought few things at there...
really feel happy and satisfy with what i have bought =)
hehe...happy shopping day for me...
spent 5 hours ++ at there...
my mum was tired and seems a little bit boring for her...
huhu~ she spent a lot on me too xp

美门残障艺术晚会was held at jin sin independent yesterday...
we went around 5 something in the evening,
because few of us needed to "Duty"...(as usher)...*but i didnt really do anything*
i thought it was a dinner... -.-
but it was performance, performed by 残障人士...
they were great...
they sang and dance in their weel chair...
the performance ends successfully...
after the performance, we went for char koey teow at somewhere at BM...
i dont no where's the place...it's located at the road side...

wish to eat the famous duck egg char koey teow at BM someday~
but i dont no where's the place and by the time they sell, it consider as supper already...
i wanna eat XD

finally today is friday~
we finished 2 tests this week...
few days before,
i felt tired of everything...
busy here and there, this and that...
but i know, that's LIFE...

but~i felt happy yesterday... ^^
hehe...no big deal actually...
just that we have taken photos with few of our coursemates...
first time for us to take pictures together...
quite happy and it was fun for me...
haha...keep on laughing... XD

today...i woke up and found that my hands, legs and neck muscle ache...
oh my god...it's really painful when i stretch myself...

i went to chung ling butterworth with yuan to watch a volley ball match...
we went there around 9 s0mething or 10 in the morning...
the match ended around 1.30pm

Bukit Merah ~

hehe...went to bukit merah today~
yeah, the weather was...quite nice actually...
during our journey there, it rains...
and after we reached there, the rain stops...
when we get on the bus to go back, it started to rain again...
see ??? How lucky we are... =D
today is the public holiday of ??? dont no penang state or what...
so...the place was FULL of people and car...
people mountain people sea -.-

we enjoyed our day, but some of them get sun burn...
and I ? i'm a blackie now...
by the way, during our fun time we didnt take any photo...
everyone was busy playing...
if not mistaken, the life guard at the "wavy beach" took some photos of us...
arent we too attractive ? xp
we were noisy actually, big group of youngsters playing around with the float...
the float was a normal float which can be seat by two people actually...
but we try to squeeze in as many people as we can...
it was fun...when it's overload or when we cant balance ourselves,
the float will topple...
and all of us will drop into water... =]

we took too many food and we cant finish it...

went to K again on thursday...
this time went to amp square at sunway carnival...
went with theeng, hao and boon...
we almost sang for 5 hours... =D
the actual time was only 3 hours...
but dont no why they gave us until 5 hours...
maybe not much people i guess...

i'm out of money recently...
spent quite a lot... =.=
got to take care of my purse d...
or else will find a hole there...

i learned a lot since that day...
i knew my thinking was different compared to before...
human do learn from time to time...
i know that we wont be finish learning...
that was the biggest lesson for me...
i always dream of the impossible things...
but i just cant stop myself...

what should i buy for someone that going overseas to study ?
shoe, bag, shirt......or anything else ???
i dont no what he needs...
